
My weight has always been up and down. I’ve never found that happy balance and I’ve never been ‘thin’ or ‘toned’…let alone in healthy. I know how to work the “myspace” angles to get decent pictures…but I can never say I’ve been happy with my body. Its time to change this once and for all. I can have a great body, I just have to work for it.
Being sick sucks,
I lost 2 pounds from having the flu, but you can tell I was sick. I gained a pound back by eating ‘normal’ food again but I’m determined to continue losing weight the right way and getting back to working out…I miss working out, it feels like part of me is missing.
